I think customers rating this product have confused it with another. Don’t listen! These are made of 3/16″ thick steel. Only an Elephant would bent them.

These started to bend the first time we used them, and they aren’t going to last long. I just hope my kid learns before the things become completely unuseable.

Bought this from Target for 7.99. But it started to bent after 2nd use and became unusable after a month. Don’t waste your money and effort.

I can’t believe I found these. Old fashioned yes but my first grandson-4-now tells his litle brothers-1 & 2- ‘When you get smart like me Granny will let you ride the real bike like me’ Self confidence is hard to find sometimes- and I don’t mean cocky! These training wheels give learning back to the child and it works!

We are long time Amazon shoppers and love it, but these are the worst training wheels I’ve ever bought. My 6 year old daughter fell over after 15 seconds of riding because the training wheels just buckled (bent). Enough said.
