Cyclist injured at Second and Marlborough

CORNWALL Charges are pending after a boy, 17, was struck on his mountain bike Friday by a car at Second and Marlborough Streets. At the scene, which developed at 1:30 p.m., the boy's bike was trapped under the front tire of a Volkswagen with Nova Scotia plates.[...]
