Sitting on my bike at the light, I wouldn’t have noticed the carload of five men, with scruffy hair and football shirts, filtering into Threadneedle Street. PC Stuart Ford pointed them out immediately: Two of those guys just put on their belts in a hurry they’ve seen me, they’re police-aware. If I wasn’t out with you, I’d pull them over, see who they are, if there are any warrants out.
