TAAS president Lukendra Rasaily said the thrust of the classes was to impart complete technical knowledge to the participants so that they could train others in their home states and promote mountain biking. “Each student was given a cross-country mountain bike after the outdoor training in Gangtok, Pangthang, Sang and Rumtek in East Sikkim and at Pelling in West Sikkim,” he said.
